Jamie Ruchser

Biography

Jamie Ruchser joined EPIC in August 2023 as a Workforce Development Associate, primarily working on the North Carolina STEPS4GROWTH program in addition to the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) exchange program between KIT and EPIC. In January 2024, she began working with the EPIC Affiliates Program as well. She has previous experience with workforce development in Boston, Massachusetts at the Boston Private Industry Council, a school-to-career intermediary. In Boston, Jamie also obtained her Master’s in Public Policy from Northeastern University and has learned how workforce development policies impact local, city, state, and federal levels. She has had the opportunity to live and work abroad in both Spain and Egypt, and her main interest besides public policy includes international relations between the United States and the global community.
